Jeff Gray is an experienced nonprofit executive with over 15 years of senior leadership experience and a consultant specializing in organizational transformation, governance, and operational excellence.
With a proven track record of leading complex organizations and guiding leadership teams through periods of transition and growth, Jeff brings a strategic yet highly practical approach to every engagement. His work focuses on aligning leadership, strengthening internal systems, and positioning organizations for sustainable, long-term success.

Jeff holds an Advanced Diploma in Child and Youth Care from St. Lawrence College in Brockville, Ontario. Since 2009, he has held leadership roles across the nonprofit and public sectors, including with Rocky View School Division, Inn From The Cold, The Mustard Seed, Cornerstone Youth Centre, Antyx Community Arts, Pleasant Heights After School Society, and Child and Family Services.
In addition to his executive leadership work, Jeff has contributed extensively to sector-wide initiatives. He has served as Chair of the United Way Council of Champions, co-led Calgary’s Plan to End and Prevent Youth Homelessness, and currently serves on the Bow Valley College Child and Youth Care Counselling Review Board.
Jeff is also a recognized speaker, having presented at numerous youth and homelessness conferences, Social Venture Partners Fast Pitch, and delivered a TEDx Talk on Expert Sharing focused on innovation through collaboration.
He holds additional certifications in the Nurturing Parenting Program, Attachment Theory, Friends for Life, youth gang and sex trafficking intervention, intergenerational trauma (with Casey Eaglespeaker), nonprofit leadership, change management, nonprofit accounting and audits, organizational structuring, and Carver Model board governance.
